Traditionally Lemon Balm has many uses and is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It's also commonly used for the treatment of conditions including minor sores, acne, cold sores and insect bites. A relation to the mint family, lemon balm is a staple in traditional medicine and our herbal salve is a perfect remedy to have on hand for a multitude of ailments related to the skin.
Our Organic Lemon Balm is infused in extra virgin olive oil for 8 weeks to extract the benefits from the plant, we then add Sustainable Beeswax and Lemon Myrtle Essential oil to form a beautiful salve that also smells amazing!
If you suffer from Cold Sores this salve can be used as a regular lip balm to aid in prevention and healing.
